The Oklahoma State Election Board is warning voters to be cautious about any texts, calls, or emails detailing voting information. An Oklahoma City woman received a false text last week saying her polling station had changed.
Election officials will contact voters about any polling place changes through the USPS, not text, call, or email.
If you are planning on voting in person, check your polling location through the Oklahoma State Election Board website or contact your county election board.
