Former President of OU and Oklahoma Senator David Boren will not be criminally indicted by a grand jury, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation concluded. The former senator along with former OU Vice President Tripp Hall faced possible charges for sexual misconduct allegedly occurring while employed by the university.
The OSBI began investigating the allegations made more than a year ago including executing a search warrant on reports that both Boren and Hall inappropriately kissed and touched former and current student employees at OU.
Both men have denied these allegations.
