Cleveland County District Court resumed jury trials this morning with many new procedures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jurors are required to wear masks, shields and gloves.
Their temperatures will be checked, and they will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the court house.
They will sit in socially distanced small groups with the windows in the courtroom open.
The last jury trial in Cleveland County was held eight months ago, and looked very different from today’s trial.
