Governor Stitt is being sued by several lawmakers in a last effort of stopping the permitless carry bill that takes effect in less than 30 days.
Nearly one month after the petition against permitless carry failed by nearly 20,000 signatures, Representative Jason Lowe and several others are suing the governor.
In a statement to the media, Lowe stated: “We are going to fight. We are going to continue to push. We believe this law is dangerous.”
If an injunction is not granted, the law will take effect November 1st.
