A bill allowing permit-less carry in Oklahoma has now passed the Senate and is headed to the Governor’s desk.
House bill 25-97 allows for anyone 21 or older to carry a firearm without a permit. Active duty military members are allowed to carry at 18 and over. The bill also prevents felons and those with domestic violence convictions from having a firearm. The measure passed the Senate floor today by a vote of 40 to 6.
