OU’s Bizzell Memorial Library is a lot of things to a lot of people.
For some, it’s a place for serious academic investigation.
For others, it’s a place to find a good read for a long weekend.
But for students who use the library as a place to put up their feet and rest, watch out!
OU Nightly has learned that last month library security cited two students for ‘misuse of property’ at the Biz, after they propped their feet up on the tables.
The citations state the guard twice warned the students before citing them.
The citations have been overturned and fines have been withdrawn, but maybe it’ll get you to think twice before kicking back at the Biz.
