Oklahoma defense struggled against Tulsa last weekend

The Sooners struggled against the Golden Hurricane last weekend in Norman due to a lack of spark within the defense. Coach Mike Stoops spoke this week about finding ways to make it more simple for the players. The speed of the Tulsa game was a main issues for the Sooners at home.

Our defense lacked important details, such as pressure on their quarterback. The Sooners also struggled because of missing cornerback Jordan Thomas, due to being suspended for missing a mandatory team event.

Oklahoma allowed 603 yards, which is the most since the Sooners met with Johnny Manziel and the Aggies during the 2013 Cotton Bowl.
